Yes, a deposit is required to reserve your bounce house or tent rental date. Deposits are non-refundable for any cancellation reason. However, if weather forces a postponement, we're happy to reschedule your event based on our availability.

We can set up at virtually any location in Chapel Hill! We offer three secure anchoring methods:

Our experienced crew typically completes setup in about one hour. Bounce houses are delivered and set up on the day of your event. For tent rentals, we can arrive the day before your event to ensure everything is ready when your guests arrive.

All bounce house, tent, table, and chair rentals are full-day rentals with next-day pickup. For example, if we deliver at 9 AM on Saturday, pickup occurs at 7 AM Sunday. This gives you plenty of time to enjoy your event without rushing!

We recommend booking 2-3 weeks ahead for weekends and popular dates like birthdays and graduations. That said, we frequently have same-day availability for last-minute events, so don't hesitate to call!
